Arrow released a DVD of this in 2007 and then reissued the DVD under the ArrowDrome label in 2012.
Does anyone know what the differences are, if any?
If anyone has the ArrowDrome disc, what is the runtime? (NTSC to PAL transfer like the old disc?)

I haven't opened it up yet but I have the Arrowdrome reissue of the disc and the packaging states that it runs "117 mins approx" and is Region 0 PAL.

Hmm, then it seems it is the same NTSC to PAL transfer as the previous disc. Oh well... Looks like the Japanese DVD is still the best out there...

Got confirmation from Arrow that the same master was used for the new disc and the previous.
If anyone has info, what extras are on the new ArrowDrome DVD?

The disc has trailers for Battle Royale, The House by the Cemetery, Deep Red, The Cheerleaders and Obsession. Plus there's an eight-page booklet containing a new essay by Tom Mes.
