Yeah, I guess, but I don't know if this show requires a treatment like New Girl or Parks and Recreation or something where they just have a shorter last season wrapping every thing up and leaving no stone unturned. Which is what would happen. This can just end! I'm fine with it. Five years is a nice run.

Seems like something that might get a shot on another network. It doesn't have great ratings but it's not a disaster, and the audience it has is pretty consistent and seems like they'd be willing to follow it. I guess it depends on whether that's legally possible and how badly those involved want to keep it going.

At any rate, I just started watching it when TBS started syndication, and I pretty much love it. It's done a good job of keeping its characters evolving without either making them parodies of themselves or changing who they are altogether - even Gina, who seemed like a crude caricature in the early episodes, has been developed in a way that I think is clever and interesting.

I dunno, maybe it's best to quit while it's still good, but I feel like there's still life in it.

NBC has picked it up for a 13-episode season 6.

From the beginning I wondered why NBC didn't have it in the first place, since it was from their production company and Samberg was just leaving SNL.

Hopefully they will pair it with The Good Place.

Nice. Although presumably it’ll still be too late for a Halloween episode.
