Bad Day at Black Rock was also released in January. And I forgot about the two Waynes from the mid 50s just released. But that's it. Very slim. Maybe they'll sub-license to another boutique. I do see Criterion releasing a bunch of them. Roaring Twenties, High Sierra, I am a Fugitive from a Chain Gang just to name three.

Since Battleground, they've released Bad Day at Black Rock and in the last two weeks, The Sea Chase and Blood Alley. They also deserve credit for putting out Seven Days in May, Ride the High Country, The Ballad of Cable Hogue and The Loved One.

No, in addition to the ones that Noiradelic already mentioned, since January they've also released Love in the Afternoon, World Without End, and From Hell It Came ("the killer-tree movie you woodn’t want to miss!" #-o ).

But I agree with what you're saying and have been outspoken about this stuff for years while trying not to turn into a broken record about it (I was letting them have it about the 1930s offerings being counted on one finger just last month). I'm just glad that they finally got over their longstanding aversion to licensing to Criterion and will also give us things like Bad Day at Black Rock to boot (their DVD of which looked extremely poor when projected on a large screen). According to the OP in the thread, they started out doing 1–2 releases per month, so I do think they've stepped it up a bit in the past couple of years.
I hadn't realized the complete lack of 1940s films from them this year, though—that is pretty discouraging.

Sweet, the two Landis films I most wanted are both coming to Blu this fall! I kinda figured this one was coming, WA appears to be prioritizing old snapper case full frame upgrades

This film is fucking wild y'all. Imagine Kyle MacLachlan as an FBI agent in a film that embodies everything about eighties excess. I've never seen Twin Peaks but from what little I've absorbed this insanity is a great lead in. Absolutely bonkers.

Excellent news. This is a nice 80s classic. Hopefully the sequel is included in the same package as well, haven't seen that one yet.

The sequel's utterly fucking dreadful so can't share that sentiment unfortunately. Very happy the original's finally coming out though!

Do you guys think we'll ever see the silent classics (The Crowd, Greed, etc) on blu-ray? Or even dvd?

Greed would be a major release and I would expect it to receive a lot of attention. The restored 239 minute version of course. We'll never seen the full version as Stroheim originally had.

I can't see WB releasing anymore silent films. In light of their deal with Criterion they would come from them.

True. But Criterion has released more silents on bluray than WB.

I didn't realize this never even made the Archives (I believe it was released in Spain by Warners though)
