Yeah especially since a lot of the Shout discs are still arriving scratched. I've got Darkman on order with two other titles from Orbit and am fully anticipating to have to ask Orbit for a replacement copy. They and Amazon are the only retailers I am willing to order Shout discs from since reading on BR that Shout's customer service gives two flying fucks.

EDIT: 4/21/24: Orbit checked my Darkman 4K and BD for me and it was not scratched.

Recently ran into that with Disney - Aliens came scratched and playback was affected during three moments. No dice on a replacement despite proof of purchase, just the same message of 'sorry not sorry' all the way up the chain(/plateau). Not that it's surprising

There's a martial arts sale on Shout's website. Shaw Bros. Classics Vol. 1-3 are each between $100 and $110

Shout really thinks a barebones release of Affliction is going to sell more copies than The Getaway remake? (Make no mistake, I am happy that they did a wide, non-limited edition of Affliction, but this is just another bizarre choice by the brainiacs at Shout.)

Assuming many of these old interviews are the ones from Arrow's blu, it looks like the only big extra missing from Shout!'s release is the full version of Mant. A strange exclusion, since there can't be any rights issues around it.. right?

House of Gucci brings us one step closer to Licorice Pizza and hopefully Bones and All in 4K. The Boy and the Heron 4K is another very welcome announcement.
